Can you sucessfully do like follows from your DeleGate's host?

% telnet news.interlink.net 119

 |Yes it is. I tried from the server with TELNET on port 119 to be sure and
 |it is working fine. From any host contacting delegate it is not.
 |
 |The log say that it use 204.19.178.2 ??? Then it should work fine ?

The following log can be interpreted as the server accepts your
connection as NNTP server mode, but it does not permit you to
behave as a client (news reader) mode.
