Generally, you can relay any UDP based protocols by DeleGate, using
"udprelay" pseudo protocol, if the target server is bound:

   SERVER=udprelay://target-host:target-port

I heard some one in delegate@etl.go.jp M.L. said that he was using
DeleGate as an ICQ proxy in this way.
Also I heard that ICQ can be relayed using standard Socks protocol.
