DeleGate as a console application (or server / service) on Unix
and Windows (Win32) make the access log for HTTP in "common logfile
format" by default.
<URL:http://www.delegate.org/delegate/Manual.htm#PROTOLOG>

DeleGate as a window application on WindowsCE (or its family on
Win32 named win32-dg.exe) does not make such log by default,
but you can configure it to do so.

Cheers,
Yutaka
