Sorry I ran that with port 999 by mistake, rather than 9999. But when I did
the step 2, the delegate cli as client is still not working:
/var/spool/delegate-nobody/bin/delegated FSV=sslway
https://localhost.localdomain:9999
*** ERROR: NO ACTIVE PORT
and no any log for it. But I use the browser instead, it's working properly.
