It seems an interesting idea to use SERVER for "reverse proxy" but
you should read documents about "reverse proxy" by DeleGate.

<URL:http://www.delegate.org/delegate/nvproxy/>
<URL:http://www.delegate.org/delegate/HowToDG.html#sigateway>
<URL:http://www.delegate.org/delegate/Manual.htm#HTTP_mount>

 |In other words: the hosts "intern1.foo.org" and "intern2.foo.org" both
 |resolve into "192.168.8.2". I would like to achieve that I connect to
 |"192.168.1.2:9033" if I open http://intern1.foo.org.

It can be configured like this for example:

SERVER=http
MOUNT="/* http://192.168.1.2:9033/* nvhost=intern1.foo.org"
MOUNT="/* http://192.168.1.3:9034/* nvhost=intern2.foo.org"

Cheers,
Yutaka
