Maybe it is because you missed the space between "-cert" and "/etc/..." in
your "new setting".
And the recommended way to use your own certificate in DeleGate ver.9 is
putting it with name "me.pem" (and "me-key.pem") at "DGROOT/etc/certs/"
rather than specifying it as the options for SSLway.
