With this version, you can do like this:

  delegated -P8080,9999/admin AUTH="admin:-list{user:pass}" SERVER=http

"/admin" after 9999 means devoting the port for administration with SSL,
and ADMIN="admin:-list{user:pass}" means using user:pass for the
authentication of the administrator.
