Ok I downloaded dg9_0_1-pre2.zip
Now i was make this bat script (I want that delegate running like service) :
dg.exe -P130 SERVER=nntp EXPIRE=700d CRON="0 * * * * -expire 700d" MOUNT="=
nntp://-.-/"  CACHE=do DGROOT="D:\DeleGate-lokal" ADMIN="admin@some.."
PERMIT="*:*:192.168.0.0/24,192.168.1.0/24,192.168.2.0/24,192.168.3.0/24,127.
0.0.1/32,,213.149.46.8/29"

Then I was telnet to my machine and do post:
POST
Newsgroups: test.group
Subject: test
From: test
test

Delegate is then create group , and after that i connect with outlook
express ... subscribe to group and when I try to download test article I
have this error (same if I made telnet connection):
Services for your host[213.149.46.14] are suspended now on a suspicion of
intruder.
or from localhost
Services for your host[127.0.0.1] are suspended now on a suspicion of
intruder.
