So the simplest way is

 - invoke DeleGate as     delegated -P110 SERVER=pop
 - enter your account as  myname@xhome..

The document also shows more complicated examples with MOUNT.

>       MOUNT="*        pop://defaulthost/*"  ... specify default POP server
>       MOUNT="user1    pop://host/*"  ... let pophost be server of user1
